Mission:Strip off red enamel paint with polyurethane on top. SG headstock It was seafoam green at one point Bix stripper was used. Polyurethane was VERY stuborn!  
A chemical neutralizer was used to flush the stripper.

After filling the wood pores, careful sanding, a color coat is sprayed first, sealed with vinyl sanding sealer. After many coats and weeks of finish curring, Its wet sanded, buffed and reassembled. Note the numbers on the wall clock.
